Or an after-school program in Arlington, Keller or the Mid Cities?. At SwimNation, we specialize in the professional management of the most successful swim clubs in the Dallas - Ft. Worth Metroplex. Our Texas Swim Camps provide additional training and develop a child's character. Our Dallas - Ft. Worth area age-group swim teams include the Arlington Swim Team (Stingrays), Keller Swim Team, Grapevine Swim Team (Gators) and several other summer swim league teams (Pirahnas and Sharks). Our Masters swim program includes workouts to suit your busy schedule in Arlington and Keller with the Mid Cities Masters (MCM) swim team for ages 19 to 100. It meets five days a week for morning swimming (Arlington), and afternoons and Saturday morning in Keller.

Arlington Stingrays The Arlington Stingrays is affiliated with North Texas Swimming and USA Swimming. All members of the Stingrays must also become members of USA Swimming. The Arlington Stingrays compete regularly at local and regional age group swimming competitions as well as Texas Age Group Swimming (TAGS) championships. In addition, the Stingrays have sent teams to international competitions in Puerto Rico, Germany, and Canada .

Keller Swim Team The Keller Swim Team is a competitive swimming team offering year-round instruction and competition. Membership is open to all swimmers regardless of race, religion, or nationality. The main purpose of the team is to conduct training in the sport of swimming and to create an atmosphere for each athlete to reach the highest level possible. Experienced, professional coaches dedicated to helping develop successful individuals as well as successful swimmers design the training program.

Keller Sharks This is the third year for the Keller Sharks, a team branch run by SwimNation. SwimNation also run the DFW Summer League, a summer swim league founded 8 years ago by country clubs in the Metroplex. The Keller Sharks Swim Team won the DFW Championship Meet in its first year.

Mid Cities Masters Mid-Cities Masters program is an adult swimming program. Unlike the purely competitive swimming environment of the United States Swimming (USS), Masters swimming is filled with diversity in age, ability, and level of commitment, so that no one should feel intimidated to get involved. This program gives every individual an opportunity to find their place within a given workout session.
