Q: How do I sign my child up for a swim meet?
A: First, read the meet information
and find out how many events they allow a swimmer to swim in one day.
Once you find out how many events your child can swim in one day, you
need to fill out a Meet Entry Form (word format - Meet
Entry Form or pdf format - Meet
Entry Form). Please fill out your child's USA Swimming ID, first and
last name, middle initial, date of birth, home phone number, and address.
If you do not know your USA Swimming ID please email your team manager.
Secondly, decide what events your child would like to swim. Then write
down the event number of the event (Girls will have odd event numbers
and Boys will have even event numbers) and circle the stroke and distance
of the event. Once you are done with this attach a check for the amount
of events your child is swimming and put it in the meet entry and payment
folder.
