Welcome to the new SwimNation Events Calendar!
We have listened to your suggestions and come up with a more effective method for showing swim events. Just as we used the Google Groups application for the email list server, we are using the full-featured Google Calendar to show events. You can easily view the calendar directly from this web page, and that may be enough for you.
Click the left- or right-arrow buttons to see previous or next month. Click the event itself to see details. Click the Agenda button to see a listing of a day or days' events.

If you want things like automatic email updates, your own private calendar, or even text message reminders sent to your cell phone, you'll need to subscribe to Google Calendar, which means opening a Google account (takes about two minutes). The SwimNation coaches and webmaster are enthusiastic subscribers now! Although this extra step should be easy for the large majority of our users, we cannot provide any additional support or advice on how to use this service provided for free by Google. You'll need to use the Google on-line Help facility to answer any questions about the calendar application. If subscribing to the Google calendar does not work for you, simply enjoy viewing the calendar directly from the web page; you can email your coach if you have questions about an event. You won't miss any events if you choose not to subscribe. We will still send out emails to the list server about specific events or emergency changes. If you've already subscribed to the email list, there is nothing else you have to do. If you have not already done so, click here to subscribe to the email list server--just send the blank message.
